Shoot for End-over-end Rotation When Golf Putting

Golf PuttingHave you ever hit what looked like a beautiful putt only to have the ball touch the rim of the cup and roll away in some direction? This is a common problem and is caused by a golf ball with an irregular spin. As you practice your Golf Putting you must work on hitting the golf ball squarely in order to produce an end-over-end ball rotation. Where Do I Aim When Golf Putting Across a Hill?

Golf PuttingGolf Putting on a hill is challenging even for seasoned pros. Uphill putts are pretty straight forward; all you have to do is put some “heat” on the ball and you will sink it. Downhill putts are a bit more difficult; holding back on the power is key here. However, a lateral putt across a hill is the trickiest putt that a golfer will ever have to deal with. The best advice when golf putting in this situation is to aim for above the cup. This allows gravity to be your ally as the golf ball begins to break.
