Shoot for End-over-end Rotation When Golf Putting
Have you ever hit what looked like a beautiful putt only to have the ball touch the rim of the cup and roll away in some direction? This is a common problem and is caused by a golf ball with an irregular spin. As you practice your Golf Putting you must work on hitting the golf ball squarely in order to produce an end-over-end ball rotation. The only way to do this is to stand with the eyes directly over the ball, and maintain proper form throughout the stroke. Golf putting is not hard, but it does demand precision.

Where Do I Aim When Golf Putting Across a Hill?
Golf Putting on a hill is challenging even for seasoned pros. Uphill putts are pretty straight forward; all you have to do is put some “heat” on the ball and you will sink it. Downhill putts are a bit more difficult; holding back on the power is key here. However, a lateral putt across a hill is the trickiest putt that a golfer will ever have to deal with. The best advice when golf putting in this situation is to aim for above the cup. This allows gravity to be your ally as the golf ball begins to break.

Golf Putting Requires Proper Ball Acceleration
We’ve all made the mistake of following the ball with our eyes when Golf PuttingWhen discussing the topic of golf putting, it only takes one trip to the golf course to see that a Golf Ball with little momentum is influenced by the green more than a ball with some power behind it. One way to cut strokes from your game is by accelerating through the cup when golf putting. In order to do this you must not aim for the rim of the cup nearest you. Instead, you should select a target a few inches behind the cup. This will usually ensure that your golf ball has enough momentum to maintain its line.
